Ombre brows is a popular permanent brow enhancement that offers a soft, light to dark gradient look, perfect for those who love a polished brow without the daily effort. This microshading technique requires two sessions, spaced six weeks apart, and your payment covers both sessions. Touch-ups are recommended annually or semi-annually to maintain the desired look. Please note, clients must be 18+, and those who are pregnant, diabetic (with a doctor's clearance), undergoing chemo, have a history of keloids, or any communicable diseases are not ideal candidates. Payment arrangements are also available with options like Klarna, Afterpay and more. It is imperative that you do not consume alcohol or caffeine at least 24 hours before your appointment. Upon booking a waiver must be completed in order to be serviced.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

-Arrive on time, Unfortunately there is no grace period for this service. Due to the length of time required every minute counts to ensure the best results.

-Please arrive without makeup as it will interfere with crucial time.

-Do not consume alcohol or caffeine at least 24 hours prior.

-Use the restroom before entering the suite. Once we begin I will not be able to stop the service.

-Do not exfoliate within 24 hours prior.

-Do not take aspirin, niacin, ibuprofen or vitamin e within 24 hours because it will make you more prone to bleeding.

-Expect at least a two hour experience for your first visit. There will also be a 6 week follow up appointment.

Lastly, as a courtesy please do not use your phone during the service.

After Your Appointment

Proper aftercare is crucial for ensuring beautiful, long-lasting ombre brows. Follow these guidelines to achieve the best results:

-Cleanse brows 2x a day for 3 days. Then apply ointment nightly for 3 days. After three days stop and allow your brows to dry heal.

-Avoid excessive moisture like swimming, saunas and anything that will make you sweat excessively.

-Do not pick/peel/scratch at your brows especially when you notice flaking

-Don't exfoliate, get a facial/chemical peel or apply makeup to the area

-No prolonged sun exposure because this can impact the way the color heals

-Try to have a date for your 6 week follow up in mind so that you can get scheduled at the conclusion of session one.

Browsations Policies

Mask Policy: Masks are required for all appointments. No mask, no service. If you arrive without one, your appointment may be canceled and subject to a fee.

Retainer Policy: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book. Valid for 7 days if rescheduled. After that, a new appointment and retainer are required.

Cancellations & No Shows: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the remaining balance of your service.

Grace Period: There is a 5-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled to respect the next client’s time.

Guest Policy: To maintain a safe, focused & peaceful environment, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are being serviced.
