Policies

Masks are required during your appointment. Please have your mask on upon arrival. If you are sick or feeling under the weather for any reason please be considerate and schedule once you are well.

A 50 % retainer is required upon booking. Retainers are non-refundable. In the event you need to reschedule your retainer will be valid for 7 days from the original appointment. After that a new appointment must be booked. Please make any cancellations or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a fee equal to 50% of your service. Nonpayment will prohibit your ability to book future appointments.

In an effort to deliver the best experience possible guests that are not being serviced cannot accompany you, children included.

There is a 10 min grace period. After 10 mins your appointment will be rescheduled to avoid interfering with appointments after you.
