Booking Policy
All appointments require a retainer which is non refundable and non transferrable. No refunds will be given for completed services. Please make any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the remaining balance being due. Failure to obtain cancellation fee will prohibit future appointments. If you need to reschedule please do it within 24 hours and your deposit will be valid for 7 days. After that a new deposit will be required. No extra guests or children are permitted to accompany you during your appointment. Masks are required to be serviced. Please have one when you arrive. There is a 10 min grace period. Please arrive on time to allow sufficient time to complete your service. We also want to respect the time of the client after you.
