Please review the following policies

Mask Policy: Masks are optional. If you are feeling unwell please be considerate and reschedule your appointment.

Reservation & Retainer Policy: A retainer is required to secure your appointment.

All retainers are applied toward your service total.

Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice.

Retainers may be transferred one time

Rescheduled appointments must be used within 7 days

A second reschedule will require a new retainer.

Cancellations & No Shows: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute reschedules will result in forfeiture of your retainer.

A new retainer is required to book again

Grace Period: There is a 5-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled or adjusted to avoid disrupting the next client.

Guest Policy: To maintain a peaceful and focused environment, no extra guests or children are permitted unless they are being serviced.

Intake Form: Required to be serviced and are sent via email and text message to be completed before your appointment date/time. 

Agreement: By booking, you agree to all policies listed above.
