Please review the following policies

All appointments must be booked online through the booking system. Appointment requests via text, phone, email, or social media will not be accepted. The availability shown online reflects all currently available appointments. To secure your preferred date and time, rebooking at the conclusion of your appointment is strongly encouraged.

Mask Policy: Masks are optional. If you are feeling unwell please be considerate and reschedule your appointment.

Reservation & Retainer Policy: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment.

All retainers are applied toward your service total.

In-Person Rebooking: Clients who choose to rebook during checkout may reserve their next appointment with a $25 retainer. This retainer is applied toward the balance of your future service and secures your preferred date and time before availability is released to the public.

Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice.

Retainers may be transferred one time

Rescheduled appointments must be used within 7 days

A second reschedule will require a new retainer.

Cancellations & No Shows: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute reschedules will result in forfeiture of your retainer.

A new retainer is required to book again

Grace Period: There is a 5-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled or adjusted to avoid disrupting the next client.

Guest Policy: To maintain a peaceful and focused environment, no extra guests or children are permitted unless they are being serviced.

Intake Form: Required to be serviced and are sent via email and text message to be completed before your appointment date/time. 

Agreement: By booking, you agree to all policies listed above.
